Building UseRS & PARTNERS
Westmoreland shares it's space with many people and groups. If you are interested in renting a space in our building, contact Samantha Steinfeld (firstname.lastname@example.org), or call (301) 229-7766.
The Westmoreland Children’s Center was created by the church in 1968 as a way to use the church building to provide nurturing educational options for preschoolers. Now a stand-alone non-profit school with three campuses, we still gladly host one location of the Westmoreland Children’s Center and work closely with them. You can learn more about the Westmoreland Children’s Center at www.wccbethesda.com.
The Washington Conservatory of Music is an independent, community music school housed in the Westmoreland Church Building. Though not a part of the church, we do work closely with the Conservatory and support their mission to provide quality music education and beautiful musical experiences to the world. Learn more about the Washington Conservatory of Music at www.washingtonconservatory.org
Westmoreland Church opens it doors to a number of musical endeavors, including the Marlow Guitar Series. The series is not a part of the church and is presented by a separate non-profit entity, but we have worked closely for many years and we gladly support their work to make beautiful music. You can see more about the Marlow Gutar Series at www.marlowguitar.org.
Recovery Groups – Westmoreland gladly opens it doors to six weekly addiction recovery groups – Alcoholics Anonymous, ACOA, and and others. These are independent groups that function on their own and are not part of the church. However, we welcome these groups and support their mission to bring sobriety and support to people. Check the church calendar for a list of these meetings.
When coming to the church, please park legally and with respect for our neighbors. Parking is available in the lot off of Massachusetts Avenue, as well as on Massachusetts Avenue. Limited parking is available on nearby streets.
