On the first Sunday of October, Westmoreland Church joined with other UCC Churches to receive the Neighbors in Need offering which funds projects of the United Church of Christ in the United States. The projects iinclude Native American ministries, economic and legal justice, hand gun control, and urban youth.

Altogether, our gifts to One Great Hour of Sharing, combined with those of other North American Christians, reach needy people in over 70 countries.

Neighbors in Need gifts this year were used for UCC projects in the U.S. Every dollar was a gift of support to someone in need.
